Istanbul's Famous Istiklal Avenue

Istiklal Avenue is one of the most renowned streets in Istanbul, Turkey. It is said that nearly 3 million people visit it on a single weekend day. Located in the historic Beyoğlu district, the avenue stretches approximately 3 kilometers from Taksim to Beyoğlu. It is a pedestrian street with a vintage tram running through it. Along the street, you'll find exquisite boutiques, music stores, bookstores, art galleries, cinemas, theaters, libraries, cafes, bars, nightclubs, old pastry shops, chocolate stores, and restaurants.
