I used Trip's late bird booking program and searched for "Hinoki Residence" in Ji'an Township, Hualien. After reading the reviews and online photos, I thought it was pretty good, so I tried staying at a B&B. Because our arrival time would be after 9pm, we called the store in advance to let them know that we would be late. They can help keep the key and arrange the check-in process later. I have to say it's really considerate. The air conditioning and toiletries in the room are all ready. After all, it takes about 5 hours to drive from Pingtung. The whole service is very thoughtful and considerate ❤️ Service: ★★★★★ It is located in an alley in a residential area, but the overall space is large, and it is convenient to drive in and out. There is also a dedicated parking lot. There is a scent of cypress wood as soon as you enter the door. It is really as its name "Cypress House", a sign with a strong theme 👍 The overall wooden shape is the main feature of this homestay. It is a quality homestay. I don't feel like it has been in business for more than ten years. The environment is clean. If you want to go out in Hualien, this is a good place to stay. The shower and shampoo provided in the bathroom are also their own products: cypress series, but I personally think the smell is ordinary 😜 Environment: ★★★★★ The breakfast at the B&B is what I look forward to, but because it may take time for the restaurant to prepare, they have designed a plan for diversion of meals, but you can discuss it with the store. Because our itinerary is to go to the Ocean Park, so the meal is at 8 o'clock, and there are about 7 tables for dining, so it must be diverted 😂 Breakfast is also very simple Chinese porridge/toast with sauce And black tea/orange juice It’s probably that simple.
