Big Wonton

Tsim Chai Kee Noodle is located at 98 Wellington Street, Central, Hong Kong, and is open daily from 0900-2200. It is around 400 meters 6 minutes walk from Central station. Tsim Chai Kee Noodle which was opened in 1998, with wooden chairs and marble tables in it. It is a common practice to share a table with others in Hong Kong due to the size of the restaurant. Tsim Chai Kee served just noodles with three different toppings, shrimp wontons, beef slices and fish balls. It also serves vegetables with oyster sauce. I had ordered noodles with double toppings- shrimp wontons and beef slices and a chye sim (vegetable) with oyster sauce. The wontons are big with fresh prawns and minced pork packed into it, and the beef slices with a tender texture. The noodles are bouncy and the broth is flavorsome.
