They are very juicy and bouncy! The red-broiled soup has a strong beef flavour! Half tendon and half meat = half beef tendon and half beef brisket! Big pieces of beef brisket with smooth beef gluten, I'm so happy to have a bowl of lunch! 🍝Stewed Beef Tendon Bibimbap $79 The sauce of the bibimbap is relatively dry at the bottom, the beef tendon portion is quite a lot of noodles!
