EAT! Tung Chung New Store ☕🥃 Japanese Cafe・Chill~ (´ω`)

After shopping at Tung Chung outlets... 🥱Take a break after walking a lot. It’s been a while since I visited a new store! The store has a Japanese-style wood style. There are also imitation tree decorations, Japanese screens with soft white and yellow lights, it feels very chill😊If you look closely, there are also many cat decorations, the overall atmosphere is very comfortable👍🏻👍🏻 After reading the introduction, I found out that this shop is run by a Japanese dessert chef, so I have to try it 😋 Let me introduce it to you! 🔸Strawberry Vanilla Cake It is snow-white and square, a bit like tofu, or like a soft towel, and has a very unique appearance! There is also a small ice cream next to it, so cute! I took a bite, the texture was soft and smooth, the sweetness was just right and not greasy, the strawberry inside was not sour and very fragrant, I'm so lucky 😊 🔸Extra Rich Chocolate Parfait The parfait is served in a whole glass, which looks a bit like a miniature potted plant, right? There is a chocolate lid on top, which is where you pour the warm chocolate paste next to it, and mix it with the parfait after it melts. I originally thought it would be a very sweet chocolate, but this chocolate is suitable for adults, with a little bitterness. I was pleasantly surprised! ! Because I personally prefer chocolate that is a little bitter 😋😋 But if you bring your kids here, they might not like this. The cakes in this shop also have Kyoto Uji Matcha flavor, Kaga Roasted Tea flavor, and extra rich chocolate flavor, and they all look delicious! The signature apple pie is also very popular, but unfortunately it is sold out! And it’s not just for desserts!
