#GreenTourism Taking a walking tour in Sham Shui Po, it is not difficult to find small shops and food stalls from old Hong Kong and witness the feelings of history. For example, the Eight Immortals Bakery opened in 1966 and has been making Hong Kong's unique Tang Dynasty cakes for more than half a century. It is rare to find another old shop that persists in doing so. The Chang Fat Noodle House is a unique food stall with green iron walls as its distinctive feature and its famous noodles.
