The filter for the last night on Hong Kong Island shattered into the mediocrity behind Times Square. 📍 Location dilemma: Although said to be in the heart of Causeway Bay, it actually takes a brisk 10-minute walk from the MTR exit to the hotel entrance, crossing three traffic lights, which is quite inconvenient when dragging luggage. 🚪 Room: The typical oversized Hong Kong-style standard answer. A 40-square-meter space is indeed a luxury in Hong Kong and is arguably the only cost-effective aspect of this hotel. It’s spacious with a view, making it suitable for family trips. 🍸 Lounge: A showcase of pre-made dishes. Happy hour menu highlights: fried chicken nuggets (reheated semi-finished product), fries (soft and standard), hot dog sausage (starch wrapped in starch). Curious if you don’t eat it, angry if you do. 👧🏻 Service: Exists but justifies itself. No welcome fruit for high-tier members, stingy with room upgrades, outdoor pool but not heated, difficult to get a late checkout (finally barely got 1:30 PM). ✅ Suitable for: Families with kids (rooms are indeed larger than peers) Causeway Bay shopping enthusiasts; if you avoid weekend price hikes, the cost performance is acceptable.
