Let me introduce Yat Tung Heen, a Michelin-starred restaurant with an upscale ambiance. If you make a reservation for a weekday lunch, you can enjoy their dim sum at a discounted price! The restaurant offers excellent service and a comfortable dining experience without the need for table sharing. It was such a delightful place that I would love to bring my parents here next time—it was my favorite spot in Hong Kong! All the shrimp dim sum dishes were delicious, but the Crispy Shrimp Rice Roll was the standout. For dessert, I highly recommend trying the Mango Dim Sum.
