Tin Hau opens high-rise bar

We have to eat during the 8th wave. Usually when we go to Tin Hau, we look for food in the ground floor. This time we went to a high-rise bar. The environment is sunny and we can sit very comfortably. The presentation of each dish is quite exquisite🍽 Today's selection of soups🥄 The corn soup 🌽 on top has a little olive oil to make the whole soup smoother, and there are some garlic cloves, which tastes quite good Crispy fried Mexican squid potato balls🥔 There are squid 🦑 inside the potato ball, it's not hard. The side dish also has some salad🥗 Grilled beef brisket in smoked sauce🐮 I didn't expect that the dish would be 3 pieces of steak size beef brisket. The brisket was cooked soft but not sticky. There are some black peppercorns on the side of the beef, and the sauce is very flavourful but not greasy. Crispy Suckling Pork Garlic Olive Oil Spaghetti 🍝 The skin of the 2 suckling pigs is very crispy, and the meat is quite smooth.
