As soon as we entered, we were captivated by the nostalgic 1950s Hong Kong decor, featuring carved window frames, crystal chandeliers, and vintage sewing machine displays. Different cuts of beef were arranged in a circle, resembling a hula hoop. The plating was absolutely beautiful! The beef brisket was tender and chewy, the beef tongue was soft and delicate, and the beef heart had a delightful crunch, offering a rich variety of textures. It was more than enough for two people, leaving us completely satisfied! For the broth, we chose the seafood base, which was simmered with various fresh seafood. It included whole abalone with a bouncy texture, large prawns, succulent crabs, and fresh slices of grouper. The ingredients were incredibly fresh, and everything tasted wonderfully sweet and flavorful 😋.
