Taste the flavors of Hakata in Causeway Bay

Recently, a restaurant specializing in Hakata hot pots has opened in Causeway Bay 🇯🇵. They offer Mizutaki chicken, beef offal hot pot, sukiyaki, and more. As someone who has never tried beef offal hot pot before, I finally got the chance to give it a go 🍲. ~ Beef Offal Hot Pot Set The set includes appetizers, a main dish, and a staple food 🍜. The staff starts by sautéing garlic in the pot, then adds the beef offal, which already smells amazing. Finally, they pour in the broth, and once it boils, it's ready to eat. The beef offal is tender and bouncy, not overly greasy 🤤. Additionally, the beef shank is very soft, and the chives, which are essential to the hot pot, soak up the broth's essence, making them incredibly flavorful. We chose the beef bone broth, but they also offer miso broth and Korean chili paste broth. ~ Japanese A4 Wagyu Set The Wagyu was a delightful surprise ✨. Even the lean cuts were tender. The sukiyaki is Kansai-style, where the beef is first seared with a little broth 🐂, then more broth is added to cook the vegetable platter, which includes enoki mushrooms, baby bok choy, shiitake mushrooms, and more. Everything absorbs the broth's flavor perfectly, achieving a balanced sweet and savory taste. ~ Hokkaido Rice-Fed Pork Belly The pork, raised on a rice diet, has evenly distributed fat, is juicy and tender, and carries a slightly sweet aroma 🐖. For drinks, they offer various sodas and oolong tea.
