Rich Japanese-style lunch sets

Visited Shinji Izakaya for lunch again! Even on holidays, they still offer a 40% discount on their menu. This time, I ordered my favorite Sukiyaki. The portion size was very generous and satisfying. 🏮 Sukiyaki (Beef) You can choose between beef or pork, served as a set meal. Besides the main dish Sukiyaki, the set also includes miso soup and side dishes. Today's sides were sesame tofu and grilled mackerel & tamago! The Sukiyaki pot was packed with ingredients like beef, enoki mushrooms, tofu, vegetables, and glass noodles. The beef dipped in egg mixture was tender and smooth, and the ingredients soaked in the Sukiyaki sauce were sweet and flavorful. It also came with pearl rice, making it a very hearty meal. 🏮 Curry Fried Chicken Set The fried chicken pieces were hot and crispy on the outside, tender and juicy on the inside. It came with Japanese curry sauce, perfect for mixing with rice. The portion was large enough to enjoy to your heart's content. 🏮 Premium Salt-Grilled Beef Tongue The beef tongue was grilled to perfection, aromatic, tender, and juicy.
