Almost a year after opening, this is still the most design-forward café I’ve found in Taipei 😍 — also the one several barista friends insist I must visit when in town 🙌🏻. An old house transformed into a sleek silver-and-black metal space 🩶🖤, it retains the building’s original green-and-white square serpentine floor tiles 💠 while adding minimalist metal and wooden furniture for a chic, futuristic vibe 😎. I love the bar’s hanging lights — acrylic panels of different sizes assembled like vertebrae 💡, resembling a dinosaur or human spine at first glance ☠️. Started my morning with a hot latte and a bite of blueberry scone ☕️🫐🥮. Having the whole café almost to myself for breakfast felt extra cozy and special 😌. #hkonbudget#food
