Leisurely weekend

I'm actually quite bored. The best thing to do on the weekend is probably to find a comfortable place for brunch with friends and spend it leisurely. If we talk about brunch with beautiful views, Watermark, located at Pier 7, is definitely on the list. Recently it has a new menu, and with everyone to enjoy. Personally, I think Free Flow cannot be stingy when it comes to enjoying a leisurely brunch. Alcoholics, add $290, red and white sparkling wine or even cocktail beer to enjoy; non-drinkers, only $60, juice soda lime soda and other non-alcoholic drinks are all you can drink, easy to pay back. There are eleven starters, all available, no choice, including healthy and evil, catering to people with different tastes. The style you like can be added more, very exaggerated. Serves in shells include lightly marinated oily fish, scallop mousse and roasted overnight dried squid. The first two are fresh and delicious, the latter crisp and not tough, we all have add-ons, the quality can be imagined. There are also many healthy/vegetable options, mini romaine lettuce salad is unanimously praised, roasted cauliflower and long-stemmed broccoli are just right, some people like pistachio Hawksbill bean paste, sourdough bread with seaweed butter is very tasty to "Ango" The evil choice, must count the grilled pork loin, fat and lean, tasty and not too hard, indeed delicious. The main course can choose the same, we of course choose different, then we share the sweetness and taste. Grilled whole Boston lobster was my choice, the Saikyo miso seasoning suited me quite well, the lobster meat was tender, and the salmon caviar was more rich. The lobster tongs are naturally more tender and sweet. Two beef dishes, braised beef cheek, and M7 Wagyu back loin, were ordered by us. Both are not bad, but if you insist on weighing high and low, I would prefer the latter, simple, just the heat control is appropriate, is good. The French potato pie next to it actually has a plus. The French butter chicken is also not fancy, fried until the skin is fragrant and the meat is not chewy, accompanied by kale and bacon mashed potatoes as a base, equally attractive. Bacon stew and matsutake crab pasta, the former mixed with barley, the whole thing is very healthy; the latter is the tomato crab meat pasta that we are used to seeing, better than the appetizer.
