I visited Silang Restaurant before, and it’s truly an authentic and cozy Western-style eatery. Their teppanyaki premium sirloin steak served with sides (including soup, garlic bread, and a drink) is both delicious and affordable. The steak is perfectly cooked, and I ordered it medium rare, which was just right. It’s thick, juicy, and packed with beefy flavor. While it’s on special offer, I highly recommend indulging in it a few more times! For dinner, you can add affordable sides and desserts to your meal. I tried the breaded shrimp 🍤 (five pieces served with potato salad) and salt-and-pepper chicken wings 🐥. I upgraded my drink to a Hong Kong-style red bean ice 🫘, which came in a large cup and had a nostalgic local flavor.
