I recently revisited Socio, a bar in Central’s Soho district. I was already impressed by their cocktails last time I was there; they were so creative and super delicious 😍 This time, I learned that they’ve launched a brand new menu, where each cocktail is made with leftover ingredients recycled from nearby restaurants. It’s both eco-friendly and unique, so I definitely have to come back to try it! ❤️ 🤍Oyster Shell Recycled Hooked oyster shells add a salty and acidic flavor, creating a light, savory ocean flavor with a refreshing sweet and sour fruitiness.
