How to spend 5 days in Hong Kong

📍 Itinerary Overview Stayed at Modena by Fraser Hong Kong – great base in Tsim Sha Tsui. Explored the city over 4 days: culture, food, shopping, and views. 🚩 Sightseeing Route Day 1: Arrived, walked along Victoria Harbour, Avenue of Stars, Harbour City Day 2: Took Star Ferry to Central, went up to The Peak, explored SoHo & PMQ Day 3: Visited Chi Lin Nunnery, Nan Lian Garden, Wong Tai Sin Temple, night market Day 4: Day trip to Lantau Island – Big Buddha, Tai O, cable car 🏖️ Must-Visit Attractions Victoria Peak Big Buddha & Ngong Ping 360 Avenue of Stars Nan Lian Garden Mong Kok markets Tai O Fishing Village 🚇 Transportation Used Octopus Card for MTR, buses, and ferries. Took Star Ferry for views. Airport Express was fast and easy. 📷 Photo Spots Victoria Peak (Skyline view) Choi Hung Estate Monster Building Tsim Sha Tsui Promenade Tai O Village 🍜 Local Cuisine Ate dim sum at Tim Ho Wan, tried roast goose at Kam’s, egg tarts from Tai Cheong. Loved street food – curry fish balls, egg waffles. 🏠 Modena by Fraser Spacious room, had kitchenette & laundry. Location was perfect – walkable to MTR & Harbour. Not many hotel amenities, but very convenient. 💡 Tips Use Octopus Card everywhere Start early to avoid crowds Bring umbrella (weather changes fast) Try local milk tea & dai pai dong Use MTR Exit signs – saves time
