The all-you-can-eat brunch at the Hyatt Centric in North Point is incredibly affordable! 💕 Weekend brunch starts at just $398 per person. The menu is extensive, featuring dishes from various countries, such as Australian sirloin, Mexican tacos, Thai Phnom Penh noodles, and more. The restaurant is very comfortable and spacious, with a breathtaking view of Victoria Harbour. Enjoying the scenery while savoring the food is incredibly chill!✨ Hotel restaurants typically offer buffets, but this one features all the dishes on the all-you-can-eat menu. Its style is unique and distinctive. The portions for the all-you-can-eat brunch here are slightly smaller than the à la carte options, allowing you to try a wider variety of dishes. 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐬 ※ Pomelo salad, Thai basil, crispy dried shrimp, and pan-fried scallops. The pomelo portion is generous. It tastes so refreshing and delicious! 😋 ※ Six seasonal, freshly shucked oysters (+$88) The oysters were so fresh and huge. Even with the extra cost, it's worth a try. ※ Chicken Satay (3 skewers) The chicken was delicious, and they're free-range. The satay sauce was delicious! ※ Maitake mushroom quesadillas, cucumber, pickled chili peppers, tomato chutney ※ Vintage tomato salad, Thai eggplant salsa, basil coconut sauce ※ Naan 𝐌𝐚𝐢𝐧 ※ Grilled Australian M6 Wagyu beef sirloin, grilled meat dip, green chili salsa, roasted Japanese bell peppers (*400g) (+$98) ※ Sautéed sea bass with green mango and tamarind sauce, green mango, fried shallots, Thai basil, tamarind ※ Black pepper tiger prawns, scallions, ginger, curry leaves (+$60) We only had 3 of the 8 appetizers (too full! ✋) But all three were delicious, especially the tiger prawns. Super large, with a nice, chewy texture. 𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐫𝐭 ※ Mango Sticky Rice ※ Ice Cream: Coffee | Coconut | Acai | Hojicha ※ Sorbet: Strawberry | Mango The ice creams were all good overall. I especially loved the coconut flavor. There were a few coconut nibs in the middle, giving it a rich texture. 𝐃𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐤𝐬 ※ LET IT FLOW!
