Ceramic Water Lilies at Hong Kong Park

Visit the Hong Kong Visual Arts Centre through Hong Kong Park to join ceramic artist Wong Chun Yin's Water Lily Ceramic Workshop. The Visual Arts Centre was once part of the old Victoria Barracks. In 1985, the barracks were incorporated into the Hong Kong Park development plan, transforming into the current Visual Arts Centre with the addition of a glass-domed new wing. It is classified as a Grade I historic building. Here, you can create your own water lily decorations using hand-molding techniques. Outside the window, you'll see the historic white European-style architecture surrounded by lush greenery; inside, the serene and elegant beauty of water lilies fills the room. Three hours pass in the blink of an eye, and by the time the class ends, night has fallen, offering a completely different view.
