Possibly the best croissants in Hong Kong EVER 🥐

Right at the entrance of @k11musea’s Food Playground, it’s hard to miss @gontrancherrierhk, the reputable French pastry chef’s first flagship in Asia and 57th bakery to open globally 🌍 There’s always such a long queue, so we had to check out whether it was really worth the hype 🥸 After a tough choice between all the sweet and savoury baked goodies, we yearningly watched the bakers roll out fresh batches of pastries out of the open bakery while waiting in line 👀 The croissants were a bit pricey, but definitely a work of art 👏🏻 You can tell that they are on a completely different level just from the first bite into the crispy golden exterior and endless buttery layers 🤯 Both flavours were simply irresistible: while I devoured the warm ham and cheese in seconds 🧀, the juicy grapes with rich cold cream was a little too heavy to finish in one sitting though 🍇 ✨Tip: There’s also a restaurant and cafe area if you want to sit down and enjoy 📍 Gontran Cherrier (Bakery) Shop B205, B2/F, K11 Musea, 18 Salisbury Road, Tsim Sha Tsui (MTR exit J) #本地遊 #foodie #hongkong #cafe #人氣美食
