Because you can freely combine them and the selection is so extensive, it's a signature dish here. ❥ The Grilled Beef Shoulder (+$18) was perfectly grilled, with a strong beef flavor. ❥ The hand-baked chicken patty with garlic-Japanese mushroom sauce was thick, tender, and juicy—very good. The flavor was sweet and fresh, with just the right amount of saltiness. ❥ The Salt and Pepper Egg Tofu was slightly crispy on the outside and smooth on the inside. ❥ Vanilla pumpkin, sweet and refreshing. The ice cream has a strong matcha flavor, and the matcha syrup is quite bitter.
