Today, the Michelin-starred dinner, a treat for everyone, was held at the one-star and one-diamond Black Pearl restaurant, Yong Fu. Originally located in Shanghai, Yong Fu opened its first overseas branch in Wan Chai in 2019, specializing in high-end, authentic Ningbo cuisine. Today's dishes include: · Ning-style eel paste spring rolls · Signature eighteen cuts · Braised cuttlefish with braised pork · Ning-style baked crab with pork patties and fermented black bean paste · Sand garlic bean noodles · Shede choy sum · Yellow croaker rice · Ningbo glutinous rice balls The food was delicious and the ambiance was comfortable. The only downside is that the restaurant lacks an elevator, requiring stairs to reach the private rooms. This isn't ideal for infants, young children, or the elderly.
