Over 20 Years in Business Japanese Restaurant

Recently went with friends to this Japanese restaurant located in Tsim Sha Tsui East. It has been in operation for over 20 years. The decor is full of Japanese izakaya style, the atmosphere is comfortable, and the seating is chill without being noisy. Lobster Salad The lobster meat is super chewy and juicy, every bite is very refreshing and whets the appetite! Wokawa Sashimi Platter (Special) A large platter of beautifully arranged sashimi, featuring fresh scallops, flavorful lean tuna, smooth amberjack, ultra-fresh sweet sea urchin, chewy octopus, freshly sliced live ark shell, rich botan shrimp, and salmon roe. You can taste the chef’s skill in every piece, and each bite is very satisfying, clearly showing the freshness of the sashimi. Miso Pork Belly Butterfly The pork belly is cooked to perfection, flavorful without being greasy, with a strong miso aroma. Seafood Tempura Fried just right, crispy on the outside and tender inside. The tempura shrimp is sweet and fresh, and the vegetables are fresh enough, not greasy at all. Butter Mushrooms The aroma of mushrooms mixed with butter is incredibly fragrant and addictive! For grilled items, we ordered chicken cartilage skewers, which are crispy with a nice bite; beef tongue skewers, juicy and grilled just right; and lychee pork rolls, pork wrapped around lychee that bursts with juice when bitten, salty and sweet with layers of flavor in every bite.
