High-quality hot pot

Today I came to Heung Kong Flower Moon in Tsuen Wan with friends. After 8:30 PM, there’s a 40% discount on the entire bill, which I think is quite a good deal. When we entered, we saw the restaurant was very beautiful, and the waitstaff were very nice. We chose the Beauty Fish Maw Chicken Pot, which comes with a plate of fish maw and half a chicken. We started by drinking the chicken soup, which was very clear and sweet. I drank two bowls in one day, and the chicken was also very tasty. We ordered the Flower Moon Platter, which includes Angus beef, black pork, lamb rolls, and Sanhuang chicken tripe. This platter looked great and had a large portion. The beef was very delicious and fresh, and the pork cheek was also very tasty 😆 Most importantly, it’s perfect for taking photos. We also ordered two special drinks: one was Passion Code, and the other was Wild Hunter. The Passion Code had a big bubble on top that you had to blow, making it great for photos, and the drink itself was very tasty. The Wild Hunter was made with avocado, mint, and grapes, giving it a very fresh taste that paired well with the hot pot.
