The buffet indeed offers plenty of seafood. Cold seafood includes shrimp, clams, whelks, mussels, king crab legs, and bread crab. The seafood has no fishy smell. The shrimp 🦐 is crisp and fresh. The king crab is sweet and juicy. The bread crab 🦀 has plenty of roe. There are freshly shucked oysters 🦪, very fresh. Three kinds of seafood cones are quite exquisite. One is anglerfish, one is red shrimp, and one is scallion toro mousse. The red shrimp is sweet and fresh, and the toro mousse has a smooth texture. Sashimi includes salmon, scallops, tuna, Argentine red shrimp, and more. My favorite is the Argentine red shrimp, as big as a palm. Hot smoked dishes include grilled abalone, tender and not tough. Besides the seafood above, other must-tries include beautifully plated foie gras, blood-free roast beef, and Vietnamese Singapore-style noodle soup. The dessert area is beautifully arranged with a wide variety of choices. There are the recently popular pistachio-flavored desserts, kids’ favorite chocolate 🍫 fountain, Haagen Dazs ice cream, baked Portuguese egg tarts, fresh fruit 🍊, and more. It will definitely satisfy your sweet tooth. Additionally, non-alcoholic drinks are available, including Pu'er tea, orange juice, hot coffee, and hot black tea.
