The day I went was Tier 3 with hot sun, but with the beauty of Disneyland, everything looked okay. The queue for many rides didn't take long, 15-20 minutes, and the longest queue was the Frozen zone, which took almost an hour. And the highlight at night was the fireworks in front of the castle that lasted for a very long time, like 10-20 minutes. Very impressive, but a little disappointed that in May, the parade seemed to be closed for renovation, so there was nothing to see.
