The set also includes 2 pieces of Australian M5 Wagyu beef balls and a seafood platter per person. For soup bases, this time we chose the spicy mala hot pot and tofu hot pot. The mala hot pot is not too spicy, with a fragrant and numbing spicy flavor, perfect for cooking meats. The tofu hot pot is more nourishing, with ingredients like salmon cubes, tofu, goji berries, cordyceps flowers, ginger, and cilantro, ideal for cooking seafood! The star, Japanese Black Wagyu A4+, has evenly marbled fat, tender meat, and a rich fat content, so just a few pieces quickly fill you up. The Iberico black pork shoulder is also recommended. The pork is a bit thick, easy to bite through, and quite flavorful. We also ordered Australian Wagyu M5 beef shoulder rolls, which are also recommended! Compared to Japanese Black Wagyu A4+, they have less fat but still a good meaty flavor, so eating several pieces is no problem! Besides meats, there are many snacks, especially several ways to enjoy abalone in this set. The salt-grilled abalone and drunken abalone are delicious, along with Taiwanese fried chicken, Taiwanese sausage, and more.
