Located near Gate 65 at Hong Kong Airport, The Pier Jade Hall is known as the pinnacle of business lounges. I have to say, the roast pork skin is very crispy, much better than the cold and dry roast pork I usually get at barbecue shops. Finally, there is the most famous Tea Pavilion here. The space is very quiet, decorated with a Chinese Zen style, perfect for slowly savoring tea alone. There is also a self-service fresh juice bar. Snacks include Portuguese egg tarts, butterfly pastries, walnut pastries, wife cakes, and more. I ordered a pot of jasmine pearls and stayed for over an hour. This area is truly unique to Jade Hall.
