The combination of sea urchin and crab meat is fresh and sweet without bitterness, with shredded crab meat adding texture, and the vinegar rice ratio is just right. Yellowtail Sashimi $118 The fish oil is rich with a slight sourness, very fresh. Seafood Salad $88 Generous portions of salmon, crab roe, and vegetables, fresh and tasty!
