Yiwai Noodle Shop is truly the only one in Hong Kong: they crush shrimp shells and mix them with chili and other ingredients to make the "Yiwai Dandan Noodles," which you won't find anywhere else! Yiwai Noodle Shop started in Tsuen Wan, New Territories, over 40 years ago. They specialize in Northern and Shanghai-style noodles and dim sum. I personally love the vegetable and meat wontons, fried pork chop, and scallion pancakes.
