Moved to tears by the warm service at Hyatt Centric Victoria Harbour Hong Kong! The heavenly care during my illness was so touching!

This time, I booked a Premium Harbour View Room at Hyatt Centric Victoria Harbour Hong Kong. I was supposed to be happily on vacation but suddenly felt unwell 🥺. Unexpectedly, the front desk helped me check in early and even sent a colleague to my room to take my temperature! After discovering a low fever, since clinics were closed for the weekend, they proactively informed me of the pharmacy downstairs and even offered to buy medicine for me. Truly thoughtful! In the evening, the hotel called to check on me. When they learned my fever had reached 38.7°C, they immediately brought me hot water with lemon and honey 🍯. After drinking it, I felt much better! The next morning, they came again to take my temperature. Seeing it back to normal, the staff were even happier than I was~ After recovering, I went to have breakfast, which was so varied it dazzled me! The wonton noodles were perfect for someone just getting over an illness like me~ After eating, I even went for a swim in the pool. The changing rooms were super clean, with steam and sauna rooms fully equipped. The pool water was crystal clear, and I almost fell asleep basking in the sun 🌞. The biggest surprise was the four food discount coupons from the front desk, which I used to enjoy great deals at shops right downstairs in the hotel! When leaving, I even took the room card as a souvenir. This trip truly warmed my heart! Highly recommend to everyone!
