Recently discovered the observation deck at Hong Kong Airport's Satellite Concourse (Gates 201-230) 🌍 and immediately went to check it out. Here's my honest experience— 📍 Located near Gate 202, this outdoor area offers a close-up view of planes taking off and landing. Watching the massive aircraft taxi and soar into the sky is truly breathtaking! However, there's a small drawback for photography: the takeoff area has some obstructions, so you'll need to find the right angle for that perfect shot. ⚠️ Minor downside: The outdoor space has become a smoking zone 🚬, and the lingering smoke can slightly affect the experience. If you're sensitive to this, be prepared mentally. 💡 Handy tip: If you're coming from Gates 1-80, you'll need to take the airport train. Allocate 20-30 minutes for the round trip to ensure you don't miss your flight! Airport photo spots are getting more competitive!
