Admiralty｜Five-Star Hotel Buffet ～ Café Causette at the Conrad Hotel

I've had plenty of hotel buffets, but this is my first time having a buffet at a five-star hotel in Admiralty. This time, I came to Café Causette at the Conrad Hotel in Admiralty for dinner buffet. As soon as I entered the restaurant🍴, the environment was beautiful🤩, very romantic and atmospheric. However, the restaurant space is not large, whether in terms of the number of tables or the buffet display area. Although the food includes seafood, cold dishes, hot dishes, desserts, and drinks, the variety is limited, with only six or seven options for each, which was a bit disappointing😞. Fortunately, the quality of the food was quite good👍 but nothing surprising. My favorite was their cakes🎂, especially the chocolate cake, which was top quality, rich chocolate flavor with a hint of liqueur, melting in the mouth with great layers. The other food was just average! Luckily, there are often buffet promotions online, so it’s worth trying at a discounted price. After all, the environment is really nice, with not many tables, so it’s relatively quiet and especially suitable for couples👫!
