Dutch food is quite rare in Hong Kong, so this time I invited some friends to try it out at The Dutch House Restaurant located in Tsim Sha Tsui 🥳! The restaurant is run by a Dutch chef 👨🏻🍳 who insists on importing fresh ingredients from the Netherlands every week to recreate authentic Dutch flavors, allowing everyone to experience genuine Dutch taste! The interior is decorated with many Dutch windmills and wooden clogs, along with Van Gogh-style paintings, adding a lot of artistic flair 🎨! 🧀 Puff Pastry Cheese Sticks Handmade puff pastry cheese sticks, golden and crispy, with a strong Dutch cheese aroma—crispy and delicious! 🧡 Dutch Snack Platter 🐮 Oxtail Meat Crispy Balls, made from oxtail meat formed into meatballs and fried, crispy on the outside and tender inside, with a rich and unique oxtail flavor! 🤍 White Chocolate Foie Gras A very innovative pairing, turning foie gras into a dessert, shaped like a Ferrero Rocher—so cute!
