Intervals Sky Bar & Restaurant ✈️ Hong Kong Airport - Quality dining, free with designated credit cards! 🍹Finally visited this highly Instagrammable and premium-feeling lounge, very different from traditional buffet-style VIP lounges. It is created by Plaza Premium Group, focusing on a creative cocktail experience. The atmosphere is very design-oriented, with minimalist and upscale decor, giving the feel of a European premium tasting room. Seating is divided into single bar tables, high chair areas, and sofa seats, perfect whether you’re alone waiting for your flight or chatting with a friend. Sitting by the window offers a view of the apron, with sunlight streaming in comfortably, instantly putting you in chill mode~ Since I was departing in the morning, I tried their All Day Breakfast Set this time, which was richly topped. Upon entry, you receive a Welcome Drink of the Day, with alcoholic or non-alcoholic options. I tried a fruit-based signature mocktail that was refreshing yet layered, truly a pleasant surprise! At other times, you can try brunch/afternoon tea sets/snacks.
