A few days ago, I went shopping at Maritime Square in Tsing Yi and bought quite a few favorites 🤭 It was my first time trying UURO, and the lunch set was quite affordable. The environment is comfortable, with natural light shining through, and the dining table is right next to the waterfront promenade ☁, creating a very relaxing and chill vibe 🌿 🍕 Margherita Handmade Pizza $85 Rich mozzarella cheese 🧀 paired with tomato sauce, the texture is smooth, the crust is crispy, the cherry tomatoes are sweet, and the aroma of basil leaves 🌱 adds a fresh touch. Overall, it’s flavorful without being too heavy, very tasty 😋👍🏻 By the way, the portion is really generous; the two of us shared and felt very full 🤣 🍝 White Wine Clam Bacon Fettuccine $73 The plate is filled with clams 🦪, along with some cherry tomatoes, mushrooms, bacon, and scallions. The taste is fresh and appetizing, and the fettuccine is chewy and absorbs the sauce well. The dish has a rich seafood flavor with a hint of bacon’s savory richness, very well balanced and quite good 😋 ⚪ Cream Soup The soup base has a distinct cauliflower aroma, with creamy milkiness that is relatively fresh and not greasy. The cauliflower puree combined with bacon bits adds texture. 🔴 Borscht The soup base is full of savory flavor and relatively thick in texture. It contains plenty of meaty aroma and rich vegetables. 🥦 Long-stem Broccoli +$15 A generous portion! The broccoli is fresh and green, simply cooked and seasoned. You can taste the natural sweetness of the vegetable, and the texture is crisp and refreshing. 🍗 BBQ Chicken Mid Wings (3 pieces) +$15 The chicken wings are grilled to a crispy skin while keeping the meat tender.
