Creative Dim Sum and Chinese Cuisine in West Kowloon Cultural District🫖

This time I visited a new-style Chinese restaurant in the West Kowloon Cultural District and tried their creative dim sum and small dishes. We ordered some roasted meats and dim sum. First, the candied Spanish black pork char siu, with a sweet honey glaze and tender meat, roasted in an oven. The quarter crispy-skinned Jinling suckling pig had a fragrant and crispy skin, served with thin pancakes and sauce, not too greasy to eat. For dim sum, the agate shrimp dumplings had translucent skins and crunchy shrimp, with a delicate appearance. The fish roe siu mai was topped with fish roe, salty and fresh in flavor. The dried tangerine peel and coriander beef meatballs were smooth and fresh with added coriander. The lobster soup xiao long bao was very special. The matsutake chrysanthemum tofu soup showed excellent knife skills, with tofu cut as finely as chrysanthemum petals, carrying the aroma of matsutake mushrooms, and the broth was clear but flavorful. Tea and mustard $38/person. The restaurant environment is comfortable and spacious.
