The permanent galleries include the "New Territories Heritage Hall," which offers a time-travel experience to explore the history of the New Territories; the "Cantonese Opera Heritage Hall," where visitors can immerse themselves in Cantonese opera performances and its development; and the "Children’s Discovery Gallery," focusing on nature conservation and historical education, with exhibitions like "Hong Kong Toys." The "Chui Tien-tong Chinese Art Gallery" and "Chao Shao-an Gallery" display Chinese art pieces and the works of Professor Chao Shao-an, respectively.
