New Thai Southeast Asian Restaurant (Kowloon City)

I have already tried the Tsim Sha Tsui branch of "New Thai Southeast Asian Restaurant" and still remember how outstanding their ingredients and flavors were. It remains very popular with long queues every night. Today, I came to the Kai Tak Airside branch for dinner, and it was just as packed. The decor is full of Thai style, and the space is large with plenty of seating👍 ▪️ Satay Skewers (Chicken, Beef, Pork) A must-order at every table, grilled to order and served piping hot with a rich meaty aroma. Each skewer is large and packed with meat. The chicken, beef, and pork are all grilled to perfection, crispy on the outside and juicy inside. Dipped in the flavorful satay peanut sauce, it offers an authentic Thai taste. ▪️ Thai Boneless Hainanese Chicken (Half) / Chicken Oil Rice Thai-style Hainanese chicken rice comes with a generous portion of boneless chicken. The chicken skin is crispy, and the meat is tender and flavorful. It tastes great even without any sauce, but dipping it in Thai-style spicy sauce and ginger paste adds extra flavor. Paired with fragrant Thai chicken oil rice, it’s absolutely delicious. ▪️ Roasted Grouper Fish Thai-style roasted fish served hot and whole, with both meat and soup. The flavor is sour and spicy, and the fish meat absorbs the soup’s taste, making you want to eat more. The aromas of lemongrass, galangal, chili, kaffir lime leaves, and celery are especially prominent. ▪️ Mango Ice Cream with Sticky Rice Don’t miss the desserts here. This dish uses fresh coconut meat scooped from a whole young coconut, topped with hot sticky rice, mango ice cream, fresh sweet mango, sweet coconut milk, and white sesame seeds.
