They also make different pintxos based on the fresh ingredients of the day, so every visit brings a new surprise😗😗 🎈Cold pintxos from the Counter (Classic $28, Signature $42) 🐙 Highly recommend the Octopus + Potato; the octopus is directly imported from Galicia, Spain, fresh and chewy with full flavor🤩 So this one is not to be shared, everyone must have their own🤣 The Eggplant + Vinegar is also a delightful surprise—you can’t really tell it’s eggplant, but the flavor is very distinctive🍆 The Mushroom Quiche has a crispy crust and rich mushroom aroma! Also, the Tomato + Mozzarella is worth trying, very fresh! Cod pintxos is a very Basque dish, rarely found in Hong Kong🐠 Meatballs ($72) Beef meatballs topped with crispy fresh shredded squid and fried crispy potato cubes, offering a rich texture.
