All Savoury Afternoon Tea Set

Hidden among the many bars of Knutsford Terrace, this is a great place to chill with friends anytime of the day, whether for lunch, afternoon tea, cocktails or even shisha 👭 The spacious restaurant is divided into two distinctive dining areas: a black bar and a white flower garden with instagrammable ‘bird cage’ seats 🐦 [𝐀𝐥𝐥 𝐒𝐚𝐯𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐲 𝐀𝐟𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐨𝐨𝐧 𝐓𝐞𝐚] It was our first time to try an all savoury afternoon tea set (they also offer the classic sweet and savoury) 😍 Here’s our rankings of the 8 floral-themed canapes from best to not-as-memorable: 🐟 Sesame Seared Tuna: loved the texture of the crunchy sesame and cucumber, plus the sauce really elevated the entire taste 🦐 Homemade Crispy Prawn Toast: the prawn filling dipped in mayonnaise was absolutely delicious 🍅 Roasted Cherry Tomato Cream Cheese Toast: simple yet super refreshing 🦢 Foie Gras Terrine with Jam: the tartness of the jam balanced well with the intense burst of umami from the foie gras 🧀 Pepperoni & Camembert Cheese Baguette: this was like a mini pizza with cheese overload 🌸 Smoked Salmon Mousse Cracker 🥑 Grilled Prawn with Guacamole Tart The scones were served piping hot, so the waiter warmly advised us to enjoy them first 🔥 Didn’t expect them to be so good and not dry at all!
