The restaurant's decor is simple yet tasteful, featuring wooden designs and soft lighting, creating a pleasant dining environment. 🥙 Appetizer: Hakata-Style Fried Chicken with Spicy Cod Roe Sauce The fried chicken is golden and crispy on the outside, tender and juicy on the inside, without being overly greasy. The cod roe sauce adds a savory and slightly spicy touch. 🐟 Main Course: Grilled Eel Ochazuke Risotto with Matcha Broth The eel is thick and has a slightly charred, sweet flavor. The refreshing tea aroma of the matcha broth balances the richness of the grilled eel, making the overall flavor lighter and more refreshing. 🍰 Desserts: "Vase in a Wooden Box" This four-color tiramisu is visually stunning and enhanced with candied red beans for added flavor. It’s smooth and rich in taste, perfect for Instagram-worthy photos and delicious as well. "Still Life with Pear" A beautifully crafted dessert featuring a pear soaked in Earl Grey tea, filled with cream in the center. It has a subtle tea aroma and is complemented by mixed berry sauce for added layers of flavor. 🍸 Drinks: "Earl Grey and Lover" A beautifully named drink that is actually a hibiscus, passion fruit, and Earl Grey tea blend. It’s not overly sweet, with a refreshing taste that cleanses the palate—highly recommended. "Palm Villa" A matcha caramel coconut latte with a rich coconut aroma. Personally, I prefer "Earl Grey and Lover."
