Super five-star service - Island Shangri-La, Hong Kong

Entering your birthday month, first stay at Shangri-La Hotel Hong Kong Island to celebrate, as a traditional five-star hotel, all aspects are superb, the entire stay and dining experience is very good! The window overlooks the Hong Kong Zoo and Botanical Gardens and the Peak Peak, but maybe because of the end room, half of the window space has become a wall, otherwise the view will be more open and the indoor lighting will be better. The newly renovated room is stylish and elegant, the window sofa is spacious, very suitable for lying flat to watch the sunset 🤣 The sofa is also very courteous next to the USB charging port and lights! Even the location of the door is very courteous, there is a mirror, charging port, and small storage rack to put phone / room card / disinfectant spray and other carry-on items, underneath also put a long umbrella for emergencies! There is also a hidden sliding cabinet on the other side behind the door, which can store the iron and ironing board! There is also a giant wardrobe, a lot of storage space, luggage can be randomly placed 🤣 And Mini Bar is also different from other hotels mostly stored in the cabinet approach, most snacks / wine are neatly displayed on the shelf, will make people can not help but open it! The first time you walk into the toilet, you will be scared....🤣 As for the bed, it was large and comfortable, the pillow mattress was moderately soft and hard, and the room soundproofed was quite good, except for the door opening and closing in the next room, no other sound could be heard, so the night was a good sleep! There was also a turndown serivce, tidying up the bedding and dimming the lights, and serving fruit! Also because of the birthday celebration, Guest Relations Team Irene even wrote me a birthday card and gave me a birthday cake, very heartwarming!
