Fig Crispy Potato Crab Roe Salad, made with figs, fried potato shreds, crab roe in abalone sauce, and cucumber shreds. Mini Crab Roe and Crab Meat Waffle Tart, with a crispy outer shell, filled with sweet crab meat and crab roe, is absolutely delightful. Japanese Grilled Chicken Wings are incredibly juicy. Spanish Black Pork Tamagoyaki, wrapped with Parma ham on top of tamagoyaki, combines the savory taste of ham with the aroma of eggs, making it quite delicious. Abalone Stuffed Chicken Wings, served with abalone shells as the plating, is a masterpiece! Japanese Tofu, which looks like tamagoyaki at first glance, is actually small tofu pieces topped with grilled sauce and bonito flakes. Hokkaido Spicy Squid Liver Sauce and Snow Crab Meat Pasta, with more crab meat than pasta, and crispy cucumber adding layers to the main dish. Scallion Toro Three-Color Seaweed Taco Sushi Hand Roll, with crispy seaweed holding fresh minced tuna, scallops, and salmon roe, topped with scallions, is simply amazing. Homemade Red Bean Pudding, sweet but not cloying.
