West Kowloon Cultural District Christmas Town - Hong Kong's winter event, integrating the Christmas atmosphere into the beautiful scenery of Victoria Harbour

The West Kowloon Cultural District Christmas Town is an annual winter event in Hong Kong, which will be held from November 22, 2024 to January 1, 2025 this year. This year, the town has expanded to over 10,000 square feet. The theme revolves around Christmas gifts. There are nearly a hundred colorful Christmas gifts and up to ten Christmas trees of different sizes, allowing visitors to check in and take photos. The center of the town is a giant Christmas tree over 20 meters high. This tree is not only the focus of the festival, but also for the first time transformed into a giant 360-degree canvas, displaying various Christmas-themed animations, which are played every hour starting at 6 pm every night. In addition, the town has a Christmas-themed "Light and Shadow Tunnel" that plays busy elf animations and is accompanied by smoke effects, adding to the festive atmosphere. In addition to the beautiful decorations, Christmas Town also offers a variety of interactive experiences, including opportunities to meet and take photos with Santa Claus, so that every visitor can feel the joy of the holiday. Around the town, there are Christmas markets with special stalls, offering a variety of food and Christmas gifts, allowing tourists to enjoy the fun of shopping. To celebrate this festive season, the West Kowloon Cultural District will also hold four winter Victoria Harbour water fireworks shows.
