| An industrial-style coffee shop on a hillside. I arrived in Hong Kong overnight and chose a nearby coffee shop for my first morning coffee. The walk up the hill is similar to that of Chongqing. At the end, you'll see this industrial-style shop. 🔻 The environment is quite comfortable. There are green plants in the center and some high-quality incense sticks around. This relaxed vibe is sure to slow down the busy city of Hong Kong. ✅ Iced Latte & Iced Americano There are two coffee beans. The base beans are a blend of Ethiopia, Guatemala, Brazil, and Colombia. The flavor is primarily nutty, with a hint of caramel on the finish. The iced Americano with this bean is even better. There's also a Guatemalan SOE. The brunch portion is quite generous and looks quite delicious! 🔻 I've noticed that most Hong Kong coffee shops offer simple Western dishes. After all, land is so expensive, and they need additional items to recoup their costs.
