Central's retro Italian restaurant - PASTEAKO

PASTEAKO is an Italian restaurant located in PMQ. The restaurant's decoration is mainly red, white and dark wood. The walls are covered with nostalgic photos, creating a retro atmosphere. It is very beautiful and suitable for checking in. ❤️🤍 When you enter the store, you need to choose your favorite steak knife from the 8 types of steak knives in the cabinet. It's very special. We came on a holiday afternoon, and the restaurant only offers one menu (HKD388), which includes salad, pasta and sauce of your choice, steak and dessert✨ We chose Truffle Pappardelle and Romesco Conchiglie🍝 for our choice of pasta and sauce. The former has a strong truffle aroma and the wide flat noodles are covered with sauce, but it will be a bit greasy at the end🙈 while the latter has a thick and smooth sauce, sweet and sour, and tastes good😋 (What’s very special is that the bell will ring every once in a while, indicating that the pasta can be refilled for free🤣👍🏻) We ordered one steak each, Striploin and Rib Eye. Personally, I think the Rib Eye tastes better and the meat is quite tender, while the Striploin is a bit too tough🤏 The dessert is Homemade Tiramisu, which is soft and dense, and has a strong coffee flavor.
