You can enjoy the food of many famous restaurants in the hotel in one buffet. I thought it was attractive so I went to have the buffet again. The restaurant is the Clipper Lounge in the Mandarin Oriental Hotel in Hong Kong. Of course we had to come and support it as soon as it reopened after renovation. We sat above the lobby and could enjoy the piano performance in the lobby. As soon as you step into the Clipper Lounge, you will see a large number of luxury vans filled with a variety of breads. It is definitely a little paradise for bread lovers. The chilled seafood starts with fresh French oysters, and there are also lobsters, long-legged crabs, local abalone, king crabs, scallops, shrimps, conchs, New Zealand half-shell mussels and French blue mussels, which can definitely satisfy me, a little seafood fan. There are also many choices in the appetizer area, such as a variety of ready-made salads and fresh salad vegetables, so those who like healthy food will also have plenty of good choices. The sashimi section includes salmon, tuna, sweet shrimp, sea bream and hamachi, as well as a variety of exquisite rolls and sushi. Walking forward is the area that serves freshly cooked Singaporean Laksa! Then there are the roast beef and lamb racks that carnivores love. The dessert area serves a wide variety of the hotel’s signature desserts, which are sure to satisfy your sweet tooth. First of all, the ice cream truck serves several different flavors of ice cream, among which Hong Kong-style milk tea is the most special. You can choose to pair your ice cream with a cone or waffle according to your preference. Next came mixed fruit salad, almond crisps, nut tarts, macarons, dried fruit chocolate slices, blueberry chocolate cupcakes, chocolate mousse, hazelnut Italian cake, nut cake, strawberry cake, Mandarin cheesecake and caramel walnut chocolate brownie. The desserts looked very attractive and it seemed I was going to give up sweets. After introducing so many delicious foods, it’s time to start eating! It’s so fun to grab a delicious dish to share. If you are so happy, why not start the evening with a glass of sparkling wine to fill the happy atmosphere? First of all, of course, we have to admire the chilled seafood! The lobster meat is very fresh and tender, and the lobster claws are especially juicy. The shrimps are also fresh and refreshing. My friend brought me some cheese pasta to try. It had a very strong cheese flavor and the pasta was cooked very chewy and delicious! I advise everyone to remember to save some space to taste it. Finally arrived at Sweet Sweet Time, I first had a bamboo charcoal crispy cone with milk tea flavored ice cream. The bamboo charcoal crispy cone was full of texture and crispy, and the milk tea flavored ice cream was smooth and delicious with a rich tea flavor. This dessert is a masterpiece of my friend. I took a small bite to enjoy it. The truffle chocolate is very fragrant and the soft center is very surprising. Of course, I couldn’t miss the most outstanding cheesecake of Mandarin Cake Shop. These two things alone are enough to satisfy my sweet addiction.
