In this age of omakase, finding a good restaurant is truly difficult. The chef at "She" is very attentive and communicates well with the guests. Tonight's chef's banquet included appetizers, seasonal sashimi, smoked sake steamed abalone, steamed chawanmushi, seasonal sushi, seasonal dishes, mini sea urchin katsudon, soup, and dessert. The smoked sake steamed abalone was truly delicious and visually stunning. The mini sea urchin donburi was generously prepared 🥰, with oysters and whole sea urchin added, topped with roe and gold leaf. It was incredibly luxurious. They also added two bottles of sake. It was a rare birthday for a good friend 🩷.
