No tea and no 10% service charge The weather is getting hot these days, the best thing is to find a good restaurant in the mall to enjoy a meal. Last night I went to a Teochew restaurant in Shatin New Town with my friends. Not only is there no tea, but there is no service charge. We ordered several signature dishes.
